Hi, I’m Dani—founder of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, cookie artist, entrepreneur, and your guide through Radiate & Thrive. I started my business in 2015 with nothing but a dream of building something of my own. It took a few years (and a lot of trial and error), but when I stumbled into the world of cookie decorating, everything clicked. I turned that passion into a full-fledged bakery specializing in custom cookies, teaching, and most recently—mentoring other business owners like you.

 

Over the years, I’ve:

• Built a bakery that produces 600+ custom cookies a week

• Hired a team and launched a successful SMASH cookie product line

• Hosted monthly in-person classes in my commercial kitchen

• Developed online courses on royal icing, pie dough, and cookie decorating

• Launched a photography package service for creatives needing polished content

• And most importantly—grown a business I love while raising a family and staying true to my creative roots

 

But like many of you, I’ve been through the messy middle—trying to look polished online while figuring everything out behind the scenes, stuck under $100K in revenue, burning out from doing it all myself, and unsure how to market my work in a way that actually felt aligned.That’s why I created Radiate & Thrive—to give you the strategy, structure, and support I wish I’d had years ago.
