When I started baking holiday cookies for friends and family, I had no idea it would turn into a commercial bakery producing 150,000+ cookies and teaching 1,200+ students.

I launched my business on January 1, 2019 under Oregon’s cottage-food license, upgraded to a full bakery license within six months, and in 2022 moved into a commercial kitchen I never believed I’d be able to own.
