Roasted Butternut Squash Curry Soup

For this soup class students will be making a hearty roasted butternut squash curry soup and bread.  Students will learn the basics of roasting vegetables and combining global flavors to create this seasonal soup.  Students will enjoy the soup and bread together as part of class and take home left overs and recipes. 

Minors allowed with adult present.

Chef Bio

Born and raised in Parkdale, Chef Michelle has always loved helping grandma in the kitchen after school. Those days of flour coated cheeks and steamy pots on the stove inspired her to love all things food. Chef Michelle attended Oregon State University, graduating with a degree in Animal Science and Food Technology.
