Cancellation Policy

By booking, you agree to the following: SESSION: A 20-minute session in my backyard dahlia patch, including a mix of posed and candid shots, 30 professionally edited high-res digital photos, and a cut dahlia bouquet to take home. Sessions run back-to-back, so please arrive 5 minutes early; late arrivals will not receive extra time. PAYMENT: Full payment is due at booking to reserve your date and time. Your slot is not confirmed until payment is received. CANCELLATION: Cancel at least 7 days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, based on availability. No-shows forfeit the session fee. WEATHER: If weather makes the session unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, extreme heat), I will reach out to reschedule at no extra cost. Normal clouds, humidity, or wind are not grounds for rescheduling. ON-SITE: This is a working backyard garden with uneven ground and insects (including bees). Wear appropriate shoes and supervise any children or pets. Please don't pick blooms until invited to cut your take-home bouquet. DELIVERY: You'll receive your 30 edited images via online gallery within 1-3 weeks of your session. IMAGE USE: I retain the right to use session images for portfolio, marketing, and social media. Let me know in writing before your session if you'd prefer otherwise. Images are for personal use only and may not be sold or entered into contests. LIABILITY: I am not responsible for allergic reactions, insect stings, minor injuries, or damage to belongings during your visit. Please tell me in advance about any allergies. By submitting payment, you confirm you've read and agree to this policy.
