This page contains the complete policies governing your purchase, registration, or participation in any product, class, course, or service offered by Dani's Kitchen Shop, LLC, including in-person cooking classes, custom cookie orders, and digital/educational products such as “A Bakery of Your Own,” The Business of Baking, Profitable Pop Up, Build Your Bakery Business Plan in a Day, and Price It Right (collectively, our “Programs”).

By registering for a class, placing an order, or purchasing access to any of our Programs, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these policies. This document may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most recent version at www.daniskitchenshop.com/policies.

In-Person Cooking Classes — Terms & Conditions
The Cooking Classes Terms and Conditions constitute a legal and binding contract between Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC and you (the “Agreement”), and by registering or clicking to accept, you are agreeing to be bound by all provisions in this Agreement at the time of your acceptance.

This Agreement may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most recent version of this Agreement when purchasing classes or services and to remain informed of any changes.

Reservation Policy

Payment in full is required at time of registration by credit card, gift card, or gift certificate.

Payments will be processed at time of registration.

Once you complete the registration and Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC receives payment in full, Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC will email your registration confirmation along with directions to Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC. Please notify Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC immediately if you do not receive a confirmation email. Participants are responsible to ensure they receive registration confirmation.

If Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC cancels a class or any registration due to low enrollment or extenuating circumstances, any affected participant(s) will receive a credit towards another class, or a full refund, at Dani’s Kitchen Shop’s sole discretion.

Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC may substitute food items based on availability.

Please arrive on time. Classes will always begin at their scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
-
All cancellations require a 7-day notice from the time of scheduled class for full refund or class credit. If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled class time, Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC will not issue any refund, credit, or class transfer.

Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC cannot provide refunds, credits or class transfers for classes missed as a result of illness, job loss, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or events beyond Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s control. You may send another participant in your place in any such circumstance, provided such participant meets the participation criteria of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC.

Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC utilizes a Waiting List system on full classes in order to place waiting participants when a class opening arises.

In the event you cancel a class less than 7 days before your scheduled class time, Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC will attempt to fill your spot. If, and only if, someone takes your vacated spot, Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC will allow you to switch your class and will provide you with a coupon code equal to the price of your original class, less any discount applied toward your purchase price.

You are only allowed one single class switch per reservation. However, you can always send another participant in your place in the event you need to cancel twice, so long as such participant meets the participation criteria of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC.

When switching to the same class or a different class more than 7 days before your scheduled class time, Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC will provide you with a coupon code equal to the price of your original class, less any discount applied toward your purchase price.

As a courtesy, we may send a reminder email prior to your scheduled class, though Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC cannot guarantee that a reminder will be sent. Participants are responsible for arriving to class on time. Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC cannot provide refunds or credits when a participant fails to attend a reserved class.
Staying Safe and Healthy
You are responsible for: (i) informing Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC if you have any medical and/or food allergies; and (ii) avoiding any contact with such medical and/or food allergens. Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC may attempt, but cannot guarantee, to accommodate your allergies. It is your responsibility to prevent allergic reactions.

You should be dressed comfortably but with safety in mind. Flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted in the kitchen. Do not wear loose clothing that could get caught in machinery or equipment. Jewelry should not be worn. You should wear hair clips or bands for long hair.

Children under 17 years of age are not permitted in adult classes without an adult present. Children ages 10–17 may participate in adult classes with an adult. Additionally, children between the ages of 5 and 17 years may participate in Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s youth-specific classes or school consented programs.

Consent Form, Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release
The class or classes I am registering to take with Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC are for the purpose of learning to cook, which involves preparing and cooking food. Like all cooking activities, certain risks and dangers arise, not all of which can be described herein, but may include, without limitation, cuts, scrapes, scratches, puncture wounds, thermal burns, chemical burns, scalds, injuries from using cooking equipment and instruments, eye injuries or irritation, skin irritations, allergic reactions, food poisoning, slips, falls, and choking. I have read the aforementioned risks and I am familiar with the nature of the classes and activities involved in the cooking classes. I understand and appreciate the inherent risks and the types of injuries that may occur as a result of my participation. I assert that my participation in Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s classes or activities is voluntary, and I knowingly assume all risks associated therewith.

I understand that I am ultimately responsible for maintaining the quality of the food I prepare, cook and eat during any class or after any class. I alone am responsible for protecting myself against allergic reactions pertaining to food.
​
Further, in consideration of my ability to participate in a class or activity, I do hereby waive, release, indemnify and shall hold harmless Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, chefs, employees, attorneys, agents, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all demands, claims, losses, injury, damages, liability, attorney fees, costs, and/or expenses of litigation, in law or in equity, whether known or unknown, that have arisen or may arise from my participation in or attendance at any classes or activities provided by Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC, or from my use of any recipe, skill, technique, or method learned from Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC or in any of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s classes or activities. Further, I promise not to sue any of the Released Parties for such demands, claims, or liability.

Photographs, Videos, and Recordings
For privacy purposes, and to protect Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s intellectual property, you may not make video, audio, or any other recordings of any of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s classes or activities without first obtaining Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s prior written consent. You may take photographs of your participation in Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s classes and activities for personal use; provided, however, that you must obtain consent of any other participants or any chef or employee of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC included in such photographs.
You agree to use the information provided for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and to refrain from reproducing Dani’s Kitchen Shop’s products for commercial purposes.

Unless you provide Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC with written notice to the contrary, prior to your participation in any Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC class or activity, you agree that Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC may take photographs or make video, audio, or other recordings of such class or activity, and hereby grant Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC permission to use such photographs or recordings, along with your image, voice, performance, or likeness, on Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s website, for marketing and advertising purposes, in connection with media releases, for informational purposes, and for any other commercial purpose reasonably related to Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s business as determined by Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC.
2. Custom Cookie Policies
Booking Policy
Custom orders must be placed a minimum of one week prior to the requested pick-up date. There is no guarantee that an order can be accommodated, as it depends on the workload for each given week.
Design Policy
In general, all cookie designs are developed the week of the order with no sample or sketching provided. Sample sketches are not available unless purchased a minimum of two weeks prior to the final order. This may be purchased by checking the box on your order request, which also requires placing your order a minimum of two weeks in advance. Best efforts will be made to provide pictures of the final product when complete.
Disappointment Policy
All custom cookie designs are a work of art based on Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s interpretation of your request. In some cases, the final design, color, shape, or details may not meet your expectations. If you are disappointed in the final product, please reach out via email with your concerns. Refunds will only be available if the product is returned.
Cookies are handled with care throughout the development process; however, in some cases cookies will break. If your order is damaged, please reach out via email with your concerns.
Shipping Policy
Cookies are shipped at your own risk. Cookies are packaged and handled with care. Once the cookies leave Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s facility, it is out of Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s control how they are handled. If your order is damaged, please reach out via email with your concerns.
3. Virtual (Live Zoom) Cooking & Baking Class Policy
Nature of the Class
This is a live, instructional class conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for sourcing your own ingredients and equipment, following along in your own kitchen, and preparing your own product. Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC is not present in your kitchen and cannot supervise your workspace, equipment, or technique in person.
Your Responsibility for Safety
You are solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of others in your home, and the safe use of any tools, equipment, heat sources, or ingredients during this class. You will use your own judgment and exercise caution, especially with knives, hot surfaces, ovens, and appliances. Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss occurring in your home during or after this class.
Your Responsibility for Your Product
You are solely responsible for food safety practices in your own kitchen, including ingredient quality, allergen awareness, proper food handling, and storage. Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC provides instruction and guidance but cannot guarantee the outcome, safety, or quality of food you prepare.

Allergies & Dietary Needs
You are responsible for reviewing the recipe and ingredient list in advance and for making any substitutions needed for your own allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.
Technology
You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and Zoom access. Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC is not responsible for technical issues on your end that affect your ability to view or participate in the class, and no refunds will be given for connectivity issues outside Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s control.
Recording & Materials
This class may be recorded for Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC’s internal use, replay access for registered participants, or future promotional/marketing use. By joining with your camera or microphone on, you consent to being included in any such recording. Recipes, materials, and instructional content shared during class are for personal use only and may not be recorded, copied, or redistributed by participants.
AI-Assisted Materials
Some written materials, recipes, or instructions provided for this class may be created or edited with the help of AI tools and reviewed before sharing — but may still contain occasional errors. You should use your own judgment when following any provided materials.

Cancellations & Refunds (Virtual Classes)
Cancellations require 7 days’ notice for a class credit or full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class will not be refunded or credited. No refunds for no-shows.
4. AI Use & Digital Education Policies
AI-Assisted Content Disclosure
Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help draft, edit, and organize some content, including but not limited to recipes, course materials, marketing content, social media posts, and educational resources. While AI tools assist in production, all content is reviewed by Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC before publishing. However, AI-assisted content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

By using our website, classes, courses, recipes, or materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dani’s Kitchen Shop, LLC, its owners, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website, our recipes, our classes, our Educational Materials, or any AI-assisted content, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
