Homemade Pizza Class in Hood River, OR
Think making pizza from scratch at home is complicated? It isn't. In Homemade Pizza Lab, a two-hour, hands-on class at Dani's Kitchen Shop in Hood River, baker Dani Annala and food scientist Michelle McCafferty teach you how to make, stretch and bake pizza dough with confidence. Every guest makes two personal pizzas and goes home with the recipe to make more.
What You'll Learn
The dough comes prepped and ready, so we spend our time on the why and the how: what makes dough work, how to handle it, and how to get it to bake up right in a home oven.
-
How to make pizza dough from scratch (recipe included)
-
How to shape and stretch dough without the stress
-
How to bake pizza at home for the best possible crust
-
Knife skills while prepping toppings
-
How to build topping combinations that actually work together
-
Then the fun part: you build two personal pizzas, all your own. Eat them fresh out of the oven or box them up to take home.
