This class is designed with adults in mind, but advanced young chefs are welcome with an accompanying adult.
About Your Instructors
Chef Michelle grew up right here in Parkdale, learning to cook alongside her grandmother after school — flour on her cheeks, steam rising from the stove, and a love of food taking root with every meal. She went on to earn a degree in Animal Science and Food Technology from Oregon State University, then built a career in food manufacturing spanning production, supplier relations, and R&D —…
